Sweet Chili Chicken with Cauliflower Rice

Dice chicken breasts and season them with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the seasoned chicken fully. To make the sauce, combine 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce, 2 tablespoons sriracha, and 1 teaspoon corn starch mixed with 1/4 cup of water. Simmer the sauce on medium-low heat to allow it to thicken. Add the cooked chicken to the thickened sauce and continue cooking for a few more minutes to incorporate the sauce. Serve immediately with cauliflower rice, scallions, sesame seeds, and red pepper slices.
