Pumpkin Spice Arroz con Leche

Bring the water, cinnamon sticks, and pumpkin spice to a boil and let simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks. Add the rice, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes on medium-low. Add a pinch of salt. Once most of the water has evaporated and you start seeing little holes in the rice, add the evaporated milk, vanilla, condensed milk, pumpkin purée, and milk. Stir everything together and continue cooking until creamy!
